I wonder if I will get more for my money in some other city on the shore that isn’t as popular but has a fun downtown experiencing revitalization. If you know what the next growth areas are along the lakeshore please fill me in. I’m looking to spend up to 200k, and would like to buy an older, small church building or something along those lines.
